Welcome to Enlightened Republic Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Enlightened Republic Tech is an AI services studio. We build and operate AI-integrated products, agents, and tools, and provide custom AI integration work for clients.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the Services or interfere with other users.
• Use the Services to generate content that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services.
• Use the Services to build a competing AI product or to train a competing AI model.
• Resell or sublicense the Services without our written permission.
• Use the Services in any way that violates the terms of any third-party AI provider we rely on (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).

4. Your Content

You may submit content to the Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, transmit, and process your User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and other API providers. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Some features require sending your inputs to third-party AI providers. Do not submit content you would not want shared with those providers under their terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all underlying code, designs, branding, and content we create (excluding your User Content), are owned by Enlightened Republic Tech and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

7. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Do not use AI outputs for legal, medical, or financial decisions without professional review.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENLIGHTENED REPUBLIC TECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Enlightened Republic Tech harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will try to give you notice (e.g., via email or a banner on the Services). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
